The property is surrounded by thousands of acres of timberland making it an ideal deer hunting property. The deer and turkey hunting is very good in this area. There is a good interior road system for access on the property that has just been installed by the seller along with several deer stand locations. The seller has just rocked a portion of the access road to help in severe wet weather. The timber consists of a 2-year-old planted pine stand that was herbicide-sprayed before planting. Access: deeded servitude from Oak Forest Cemetery road to the south bondary line of the property. Note: The deer pics were provided by a friend of the seller who hunts the timber company property joining this tract on the west side. They are provided to give an idea of the quality of deer in the area. The seller doesn't hunt on the 160 acre tract. Minerals: None owned.
